LÍDER DE ORGANIZAÇÃO CRIMINOSA É PRESO EM SERGIPE DURANTE AÇÃO DA POLÍCIA CIVIL DE PERNAMBUCO

A Polícia Civil de Pernambuco, por meio da 5ª Delegacia de Polícia de Repressão ao Narcotráfico, com apoio da 7ª DPRN de Caruaru e do Núcleo de Inteligência do DENARC, prendeu na última terça-feira, dia 25, em Aracaju, no estado de Sergipe, um homem apontado como uma das principais lideranças de uma organização criminosa com atuação em diversos municípios do interior de Pernambuco. A ação foi coordenada pelo delegado Enio Maia e resultou no cumprimento de quatro mandados de prisão expedidos pela Justiça de Pernambuco pelos crimes de homicídio e organização criminosa. O preso é considerado alvo prioritário das investigações devido ao seu elevado grau de periculosidade e à posição de comando que ocupava no grupo conhecido como Comando do Litoral Sul, que atua nas cidades de Chã de Alegria, Vitória de Santo Antão e Carpina, sendo também ligado ao tráfico de entorpecentes e a homicídios praticados contra rivais e testemunhas. Além dos mandados de prisão, foram cumpridos dois mandados de busca e apreensão, sendo encontrados cadernos com anotações referentes à contabilidade do comércio de drogas nas cidades investigadas e aparelhos celulares. O material será analisado para aprofundar as investigações e identificar outros envolvidos. As diligências para localização do investigado vinham sendo realizadas há meses. Após os procedimentos legais em Sergipe, o preso será conduzido a Pernambuco, onde ficará à disposição da Justiça e será apresentado em audiência de custódia.

OPERAÇÃO GÊNESIS: POLÍCIA MILITAR APREENDE DROGAS, MUNIÇÕES E REVÓLVER DURANTE AÇÃO CONTRA O TRÁFICO EM MACHADOS

A Polícia Militar realizou na manhã desta quinta-feira a Operação Gênesis no município de Machados, localizado no Agreste de Pernambuco. A ação foi desencadeada após levantamentos de inteligência apontarem a atuação de integrantes de um grupo criminoso envolvido com o tráfico de entorpecentes e a ostentação de armas de fogo em redes sociais. Durante as diligências, equipes da 6ª CIPM localizaram uma cocheira em área de difícil acesso, onde dois indivíduos foram avistados. Ao perceberem a aproximação dos policiais, os suspeitos efetuaram disparos contra o efetivo, que reagiu à agressão. Após a troca de tiros, um dos homens conseguiu fugir pela vegetação. O outro foi atingido e socorrido para o Hospital Municipal de Machados, mas não resistiu aos ferimentos. As equipes deram continuidade às buscas e conseguiram prender outro indivíduo apontado como integrante da estrutura de apoio ao tráfico de drogas. Durante a operação, foram apreendidos um revólver calibre .38, quarenta e duas munições, aproximadamente um quilo e cem gramas de cocaína, cento e setenta e duas gramas de maconha e vinte e cinco gramas de crack, além de diversas porções já embaladas para venda. O material apreendido e o suspeito preso foram encaminhados à delegacia, onde foram adotadas as medidas cabíveis. As equipes permanecem em diligências na região para tentar localizar o segundo homem envolvido na troca de tiros e dar continuidade às ações de combate ao tráfico.

DELEGACIA DE ÁGUAS BELAS PRENDE HOMEM POR TENTATIVA DE HOMICÍDIO QUALIFICADO

CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION LEADER ARRESTED IN SERGIPE DURING OPERATION BY PERNAMBUCO CIVIL POLICE

The Civil Police of Pernambuco, through the 5th Delegacy for Narcotics Repression, with support from the 7th DPRN based in Caruaru and the Intelligence Nucleus of DENARC, arrested last Tuesday, the 25th, in Aracaju, capital of Sergipe, a man pointed out as one of the main leaders of a criminal organization operating in several cities in the interior of Pernambuco. The operation was coordinated by Chief Enio Maia and resulted in the execution of four arrest warrants issued by the Court of Pernambuco for the crimes of homicide and criminal organization. The detainee is considered a priority target of investigations due to his high degree of dangerousness and the leadership position he held in the group known as Comando do Litoral Sul, operating in the cities of Chã de Alegria, Vitória de Santo Antão and Carpina, also linked to drug trafficking and homicides committed against rivals and witnesses. In addition to the arrest warrants, two search and seizure warrants were executed, finding notebooks with annotations referring to drug trade accounting in the investigated cities and mobile phones. The material will be analyzed to deepen investigations and identify other members. Efforts to locate the suspect had been ongoing for months. GENESIS OPERATION: MILITARY POLICE SEIZE DRUGS, AMMUNITION AND REVOLVER DURING ANTI-TRAFFICKING ACTION IN MACHADOS

The Military Police carried out on the morning of this Thursday the Genesis Operation in the municipality of Machados, located in the Agreste region of Pernambuco. The action was triggered after intelligence surveys pointed to the activity of members of a criminal group involved in drug trafficking and the display of firearms on social media. During the proceedings, teams from the 6th CIPM located a hideout in a hard-to-reach area, where two individuals were spotted. Upon realizing the police approach, the suspects fired shots at the officers, who reacted to the aggression. After the exchange of gunfire, one of the men managed to escape through the vegetation. The other was hit and taken to the Municipal Hospital of Machados, but did not survive his injuries. The teams continued the search and managed to arrest another individual pointed out as part of the drug trafficking support structure. During the operation, authorities seized a .38 caliber revolver, forty-two rounds of ammunition, approximately one kilogram and one hundred grams of cocaine, one hundred and seventy-two grams of marijuana, and twenty-five grams of crack, in addition to numerous portions already packaged for sale. The seized material and the arrested suspect were forwarded to the police station, where appropriate legal measures were adopted. Police teams remain in the region to attempt locating the second man involved in the shooting and continue actions to combat drug trafficking.

ÁGUAS BELAS POLICE STATION ARRESTS MAN FOR ATTEMPTED QUALIFIED HOMICIDE
