Em São Bento do Una, por volta das 22h desta segunda-feira, dois homens encapuzados invadiram uma residência no bairro Centro e efetuaram disparos de arma de fogo. Rosana Maria da Silva, de 35 anos, morreu no local; Cláudio da Silva Oliveira, de 21 anos, e o pai de Cláudio ficaram feridos. Segundo testemunhas, o pai de Cláudio se fingiu de morto para escapar e, ao perceber que os criminosos estavam sem munição, entrou em luta corporal com um deles, que conseguiu fugir com o comparsa. O caso foi registrado como homicídio consumado e dupla tentativa de homicídio, sendo investigado pela 15ª Delegacia Seccional de Belo Jardim.

 

Em Caruaru, não foram registrados homicídios ou roubos de grande porte no período, mas a Guarda Municipal, por meio do Centro Integrado de Monitoramento, flagrou a tentativa de furto de cabos de energia em uma obra no bairro Petrópolis; o suspeito, de 28 anos, foi detido com uma faca e os materiais recuperados, sendo encaminhado à Delegacia de Plantão. Em Santa Cruz do Capibaribe, a Polícia Militar apreendeu cerca de 4,3 kg de maconha em uma operação no bairro Dona Dom; dois homens, de 19 e 22 anos, foram presos em flagrante por tráfico de drogas.

O Corpo de Bombeiros foi acionado e conteve as chamas sem vítimas; o veículo foi recolhido para perícia, que apurará se houve falha mecânica ou ação de terceiros. Em Flores, um homem em situação de rua foi vítima de tentativa de homicídio na zona rural, no Sítio Cajá: ele relatou que foi alvejado por ocupantes de um veículo por volta das 21h, mas conseguiu caminhar até pedir socorro. According to witnesses, Cláudio’s father pretended to be dead to escape harm and, when he realized the attackers had run out of ammunition, fought one of them, who fled with his accomplice. The case was registered as completed homicide and two counts of attempted homicide, and is being investigated by the 15th Regional Police Station of Belo Jardim.

 

In Caruaru, no homicides or major robberies were recorded in the period, but the Municipal Guard, through the Integrated Monitoring Center, spotted an attempted theft of power cables at a construction site in the Petrópolis neighborhood; the suspect, 28, was detained with a knife and the recovered materials, then taken to the Duty Police Station.
